What is wrong with me?

Why can't I get motivated? I have several stacks of fat quarter collections and I just can't seem to cut into them. I think I love quilting but maybe I just love fabric.

    If you love fabric, then you ARE a quilter! Every quilter I know, including moi, has more fabric than time or energy to use them. So, don't cut the fat quarters. Press them, sew them together, as is, add a border, bind them up, and voila - an easy-peasy baby quilt! You can do it! Oh, and p.s..... lots of quilters love to sew the top only. If you don't like them hanging around your home, then give them to quilt clubs, Mennonites (who take them and finish them, auction them, send the money to help disaster areas), or friends who love the finishing but dislike the starting.
